By using the Cross Country Movers quote app or booking pages you agree to these terms.

Estimates, not final prices

Prices shown are estimates based on the route, vehicle and dates you provide. Your final price is confirmed by a Cross Country Movers agent after we verify addresses, vehicle condition and dates. Some vehicles and routes require a call for quote.

Booking

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a contract. Nothing is scheduled until an agent confirms with you. No upfront payment is required to request a booking. A flexible 2-week pickup window discount applies only when you choose it and we confirm it.

Pickup and delivery dates

Pickup windows and transit times are estimates and can change due to weather, traffic, carrier availability and other factors.

Your information

You agree to give accurate information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use it.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, submit false requests, or try to disrupt or scrape it.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Cross Country Movers is not liable for indirect damages from using the estimates. Transport itself is governed by the shipping agreement you sign when you book.
